Description
Sign on Bonus - $1000 for external talent. Paid out half at 90 days, half at 1 year.
· Implements developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily schedule.
· Helps Lead Teacher complete assessments and developmental screenings.
· Maintains a safe, warm, and nurturing classroom environment.
· Utilizes proper discipline techniques.
· Provides appropriate care during mealtimes and rest times.
· Promotes a cooperative team effort and supportive attitude towards co-workers.
· Responsible for completing 10 hours of specialized training every year.
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers of any age level.
· Knowledge of child development.
· Organizational and time management skills.
· Child Abuse Recognition training within 60 days of hire.
· CPR, First Aid and Communicable Disease Management training required within 90 days of hire.
Qualifications
· CPL 3, preferable w/ CDA or 9 credits college courses in Early Childhood Edu/related field.
· Min 1 year in licensed child care setting.
· Child Abuse Recognition training within 60 days of hire.
· CPR, First Aid and Communicable Disease Management training required within 90 days of hire.
