Responsibilities:Supervises activities of Enhanced Outpatient Team and Early Intervention Support Services Team. Provides assessment, consultation and counseling to persons with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Networks with community resources and provides linkage and referral. Understands and utilizes elements of evidenced-based practices in mental health treatment. Educates staff regarding integrated treatment approach. Provides care to adult consumers.
Qualifications:Education and Work Experience
- 3 years previous counseling or related experience working with persons with co-occurring disorders. Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC). Previous supervisory experience.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or if MSW, must be either a Licensed Social worker (LSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). LCSW preferred. Proof of educational instruction needed.
- Supervisory Certificate per Licensing Standards
- Valid Driver's License legally required.
