Team Leader, Integration Center
Working under minimal supervision of the Sr Manager, Technical Services Operations, referring only exceptional problems and issues for management review or approval, the Integration Center Team Leader oversees and coordinates the daily operations of their assigned zone. Leads configuration/depot team ensuring strategic direction is followed and coaching is completed for success. Identifies and completes training for technicians to perform their jobs and ensure maximum productivity. Generates daily and weekly KPI reports to present to the management team.

Responsibilities:Oversees daily zone activities, including staff schedules, and manages daily processing operations to stay within planned departmental budget per direction of Sr Manager, Technical Services Ops.
- Works closely with Director and managers to provide direction and growth strategies for the zone.
- Assigns tasks based on technician skills and ensures they are current on training and development to meet industry and manufacturer’s standards.
- Communicates with various departments including sales and product management on status of orders
Leads Configuration/Depot team ensuring strategic direction is followed and coaching is completed for success.
- Provides continuous feedback on performance.
- Conducts annual performance evaluation.
- Develops and monitors goals and implements improvement plans as needed
- Ensures timely and accurate tracking of hours worked and paid time off through weekly payroll submissions.
- Identifies and completes training for technicians to perform their jobs and ensure maximum productivity.
- Assists with problem solving/resolution and supports continuous improvement initiatives
- Generates daily and weekly reports to present to the management team and to supporting departments
- Maintains reports to keep records and to find trends.
- Provides quality-related data to other departments as needed.
- Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned
Degree requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
6-8 years work experience and technical certifications are a plus.
