Job Role: Teamcenter PLM Administrator
Work Location: Remote role
Duration: 6+ Months
 
Job Description:

• Support multiple instance of Teamcenter application.
• Maintenance patching, and upgrades to the core Teamcenter application.
• Configure interfaces/integrations of third-party tools to Teamcenter.
• Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendors.
• Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.
• Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.
• Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
• Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
• Perform and support client-side application software installation, and configuration of the Teamcenter PLM Rich Access Client (RAC).
• Provide troubleshooting support using application logs and Windows logs.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Attend and contribute in Teams collaboration meetings for new requirements, troubleshooting/diagnosis, monitoring, and server side application support.
• Assist with documenting processes and procedures and keeping documentation updated.
• Experience performing Teamcenter systems administration tasks on Windows and/or Linux machines,
• including installing and updating software, configuring software applications, testing the installed and
• configured software, and troubleshooting problems.
• Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities.
• Needs strong oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as
• excellent judgment and self-motivation.
• Flexible to work for weekend deployments, on-call support
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision researching new technologies or comparing.
• At Least years of strong TCE admin experience
• Strong Team Player and excellent communication skills
