Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Provide expert advice on capital markets strategies, trends, and best practices to clients and internal teams.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the capital markets domain.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to capital markets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and industry bodies, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all recommendations and strategies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of clients and internal teams.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to support project findings and recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously improve service offerings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in capital markets, including roles in trading, risk management, compliance, or consulting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and relevant software/tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets regulations and industry standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage projects and teams effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work outputs.
