About the Job
We are looking for individuals that know the IT Service Business and have a proven process for opening business opportunities with new customers. Prospecting and securing new customers will be the focus.
This position reports to the President/CEO.
The job requirements and candidate qualifications are:
- 10+ years of IT and/or Engineering services sales experience calling on C-level decision makers
- Highly motivated, sales and results driven
- Enjoys the challenge of finding new customers & competing for business
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to negotiate, create opportunities and close the deal
- Have a proven track record in the service industry
- Strong networking skills and dedication to follow-up
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Technical aspects of the IT industry
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Proven prospecting process
- Must be well organized, efficient and detailed orientated
- Proven prospecting process
- History of building a book of business
- Enjoys the challenge of finding new customers & competing for business
- Experience in selling on-site consulting services and/or strategic staffing
- Experience in selling on-site and offshore programs and/or projects
- Travel required as dictated by business opportunities
