Technical Business Systems Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Candidate Preference: Local to Charlotte, NC or nearby areas.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data analysis or a combination of relevant work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for technology initiatives.
- Data Solutions: Design and implement technical strategies and data solutions that address business needs.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of cost-effective systems and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Evaluate and resolve moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Partner with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
- Internal Consulting: Act as an internal consultant, using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Project Management: Manage project schedules and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Communication: Facilitate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
- Development Support: Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of complex applications.
