Technical process work streams within the Industrial Slip Rings operations, which includes responsibility for technical leadership, oversight of manufacturing processes, and the management of multi-shift personnel working within the work streams.
- Manage the activities of personnel and processes required for quality control of the plating process, which will include analyzing test panels and making tank adjustments

Work as a collaborative team member alongside the site management team supporting business and site performance, and strategic objectives.

Represent the unique blend of accountability for the technical performance, upkeep of manufacturing processes, and management of personnel within the work streams you supervise.

Manage and counterbalance the competing duties of project work, personnel management, and production demands.

Manage the front-end manufacturing of quality products within several work streams and services to support the end item delivery to customers.

Assume process ownership of the work streams and provides technical expertise to the development, maintenance, and improvement of the manufacturing processes assigned.

Provide leadership through demonstration of technical challenges, quality, safety, personnel and staffing management, and overall support to business and site objectives.

Perform and embrace the supervision role as a leader and a coach within the personnel responsibilities (i.e. employee selection, development opportunities, performance management, counseling, and conflict resolution).

Support business and customer demands as a member of the leadership team, which requires taking input and direction from multiple layers of the organization.

Interpret, complete, and suggest improvements to site and business leadership while maintaining a teaming environment to positively influence direct, indirect, and peer personnel.

Lead lean initiatives and strategic objectives of the department through creation and development of standard work practices.

Champion employee safety and process improvements to promote safe performance of job duties and tasks.
