Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define capability features. Collaborate with Solution architects, Project staff, Customer success analysts and Delivery team leads to gather detail requirements.
- Perform necessary research to understand full scope of the feature beyond the project definition, analyze the possible solutions for short-term and long-term needs when designing a detailed solution.
- Draft both functional and technical user stories as necessary to define the complete solution for the feature. Technical user stories describe any algorithms, references to APIs, data models, process flows, webservice calls, frameworks, interface protocols, file formats, event payloads, etc.
- Work closely with the capability owner or Senior Analyst to understand the roadmap, and other tasks assigned, understanding the expectations and deliver to the agreed timeline.
- Communicate (oral and written) with the internal and external stakeholders for gathering and eliciting the requirements, analysis, and solutions at a functional level and at a technical level.
- Lead planned and ad-hoc meetings as necessary and capture the meeting minutes and follow-up on action items in a timely manner.
- Escalate as necessary and follow-up with the leads and Capability Owners for making critical decisions in real time and enable the team to move forward in developing the capability feature.
- Work with cross-functional capability teams. Collaborate with other capability owners, architects, leads in defining APIs and Events to exchange data between capabilities and external vendors.
- Review the stories with the delivery team and assist the team in story pointing for planning the iteration in a PI.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Analysts in configuring the tenants, preparing the Release Notes, Operational guides for a release and Perform post release validation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
