Job Title: Technical Program Manager

With Staida, you have the freedom to decide how to play, what to play, and where to play across laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, and TVs.
We're working to expand the availability and convenience of how people play the industry’s best games.
We are also making our infrastructure and tools available to developers and publishers who want to build their own interactive streaming platforms, and deliver their games directly to their customers.
We aim to grow the industry across gaming and other interactive streaming applications.
Job responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day execution of Stadia’s release management processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely software and firmware delivery
Own and publish Stadia’s release calendar, detailing code freezes, build and update deployments, data updates, and patch windows
Identify and drive resolution of issues including release-blocking bugs, system health/stability issues, approval failures/feature deferrals, and cherry-pick requests
Ensure cross-team compliance with all release processes and requirements
Track & publish testing results to key stakeholders and provide input and drive resolution of critical decisions related to a release
Define and own a release process and requirements that drives Stadia product excellence
Identify and periodically publish key metrics to the wider organization (e.g. code deployment numbers)
Mandatory:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager.
Experience in Software Release Management process creation and execution.
Relative titles are good as well but please ensure the process driving experience is included.
Desired:
Direct experience managing and coordinating between cross functional technical teams.
Experience automating manual recurring tasks to optimize functions.
Previous experience managing release process for complex live service.
Ability to work with multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
