Responsibilities Lead projects by working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, communicate with cross-functional partners, analyze usage trends, and partner with engineers to estimate and acquire resources for feature launches while adhering to financial objectives.Become a subject-matter-expert and consultant on technical and financial trade-offs in data-center resource management, and provide supply-chain and infrastructure teams with a rolling 18-month forecast that aligns to budget endorsements.Partner with YouTube Resource Management engineering to design and build tooling to help scale the planning process, triage resource-requests to fund new launches, system-migrations, and infrastructure projects while maintaining supply buffers
Ideate efficiency opportunities to scale resources sublinear to demand growth and efficiency opportunities/ideas to reduce growth.Manage reserves policy and processes to meet annual goals, and identify excess supply to divest to central infrastructure teams.
