The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management for machine learning system New Product Introduction (NPI) across all phases of the product life-cycle.
- Shape technical direction across multiple teams, adding value to various engineering efforts.
- Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensuring all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis.
- Guide alignment on timelines, goals, and deliverables of related projects and teams, drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels.
- Drive platform infrastructure engineering activities and program manage across diverse cross-functional teams.
