You will be responsible for leading and driving engineering teams to set, develop, and deliver exceptional reliability for systems and lead cross-functional teams towards delivering New Product Introductions (NPIs).Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running

Responsibilities Lead a diverse cross-functional team, spanning all organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver programs from inception to production.Set the idea and direction for a program.Drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and consensus.Ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis; drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organizations and levels.Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Cloud products and solutions, engage with engineering directors, product leaders, and other groups to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies, and help teams in execution.
