Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, requirements gathering, implementation, and deployment for global clients.
- Partner with commercial and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams including developers and designers to integrate our technology into client applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software challenges to ensure solution quality.
- Facilitate client status meetings to track project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Continuously learn and master our product suite to enhance client outcomes and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Foster an inclusive culture, bringing your authentic self to the team and helping to create a positive working environment.
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management or technical consulting, preferably within hardware or software industries.
- Applied knowledge of agile software development processes.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Process-oriented with attention to detail and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field (e.g., Computer Science).
- Experience using project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, or MS Project.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
