Job Title : Technical Project Manager IT Delivery and Support

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in project management or a related role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software quality assurance processes and best practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools specific to the projects being managed.
- Familiarity with financial aspects of project management, including invoicing and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Guide team members on technical aspects, conducting thorough reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
- Serve as the single point of contact for project stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Create and maintain functional and technical specification documents to ensure clarity and understanding of project requirements.
- Proactively manage the customer interface on a daily basis, addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate resources to tickets, and ensure timely closure of all incidents.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs by analysts and project team members.
- Monitor the completion of timesheets and invoicing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative approaches to work.
- Ensure compliance with Software Quality Processes and project timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review functional and technical specification documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering teamwork and motivation within the project team.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
