Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to achieve project goals.
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report project status to stakeholders.
- Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts, software development methodologies, infrastructure, and best practices to facilitate effective communication with technical teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to set achievable project milestones and ensure realistic expectations.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to prevent project delays or failures.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and capture lessons learned.
- Ensure the project documentation is complete and accessible for future reference.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, managing complex technical projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a plus.
