The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to effectively communicate with both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Job Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, craft detailed job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, technical assessments, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Candidate Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better understand market demands and candidate expectations.Collaboration: Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and provide insights on market conditions and candidate availability.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
