ABOUT THE ROLE:
Provide professional recruiting for contract & permanent jobs within Engineering, Manufacturing & Distribution fields
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting (candidate discovery, screening, assessment, negotiation, interview coordination, follow up, final offer negotiations, and finalization of job orders (scheduling drug screens and background checks, performing reference checks, etc.)
WHAT WE OFFER:

Excellent training program to ensure success; Ability to work with and receive training from veteran staffing team

** $45-50K + commission (competitive commission structure) ** ** Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:30p or 8:00a-5:00p **
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Bachelor’s Degree
Exceptional communication and phone skills
Effective time management and strong organizational skills
Able to prioritize tasks and effectively determine urgency when needed
Strong desire to learn new skills and succeed
