What You’ll Do: Nexxen is looking for a Technical Sr
Product Manager with experience in managing products focused data science and machine learning implementation and experimentation within our Supply Side Platform (SSP). As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the most impactful problems and opportunities where ML technologies can be applied to drive revenue and system efficiencies
You will build strong working relationships across multiple engineering, design, product management, and business teams, and work closely with senior leaders within product development and across the company
Throughout your work, you will champion the voice of the customer, maintaining an uncompromising commitment to delivering high-quality products. Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are: Deeply understand the needs of our business and customers to build clarity on the requirements to build a resilient, reliable productInfluence stakeholders and engineers with the right data points by driving clarity and alignmentCreate and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often and highlight risk earlyCollaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to drive the vision, roadmap and delivery of the productYou will be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areasDefines priority of outcomes, clarifies needs for the team, works with engineering to set deadlines for milestones, define success metrics and acts as a leader on their product teamAs an expert, you will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in multiple areasUse your insights and knowledge, as well as broad technical subject matter expertise, to communicate the why and what of complex projects to a diverse audience.What will I bring?5+ years of hands-on software product management of ML/Data Science products.Experience working in Ad Tech, specifically on a Supply Side PlatformBachelor’s degree (Computer Science or technical discipline), MBA strongly desired.Must be very detail-oriented, organized, and possess a bias toward excellence.Ability to influence and drive alignment with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization.Pronounced focus on analytical and strategic thinking.Strong Leadership skills – the ability to influence and inspire across multiple teams and job functions without formal authority.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once with successful, on-time deliveryAt Nexxen we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in Bellevue, WA is $160,000 - 180,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus
While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location
