- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of Managerial experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Services projects.
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
- Engineer, ISO/AS9100, NADCAP certification.
- Strong knowledge on Casting Operations Processes.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- High proficiency in Microsoft package & PC skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates a good attitude and initiative to develop the position's activities.
- Requires travel and overtime availability.
- US & Mexico Maquila Manufacturing background experience.
