Technical Specialist - ManTech

About the Job
Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Specialist to join our team in the Germantown, MD area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Create log sheets, reports and production summaries for scanning work performed.
*Maintain electronic and required paper archives of all existing and subsequent documentation.
*Review documents for retention and destruction in accordance with the General Records Schedule and DOE/NNSA records schedule.
*Accurately scan hard copy personnel security files and create e-file records into the designated security database and/or SharePoint Site. Perform data entry tasks for all electronic records.
*Electronic Record Scan hard copy PSFs into designated security database/network folder/Share Point with scans being completed requiring less than 2% correction rate and correctable to 100% accurate.
*Identify records via electronic/hardcopy resources to be processed; locate records on shelves and move boxes/containers of records to/from each office for digitization. Basic Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree, or four years of related experience without a degree may be substituted.
*Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Written Report, Logs, Adobe, or another Portable Document Format provided by the Government.
*Ability to communicate proficiently both written and orally to support contract deliverables of written comments, oral presentation, or other agreed upon format.
*Must be meticulous and organized to effectively support the tasks. Security Clearance Requirements:
*TS/SCI Physical Requirements:
*Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time.
*Must be able to effectively communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
