Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Support Analyst:
- Provide technical support to our client’s team, addressing both hardware and software issues
- Document and respond to customer requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
- Monitor work queues to ensure work requests are handled promptly
- Collaborate with other team members, development, and technical staff on complex issues
Required Skills for Technical Support Analyst:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT experience in a large environment
- Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of networking principles
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
