Technical Support (IT)- Customer Service at Express Employment Professionals

**MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT/IT BASED EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities Include:
•
Assist with updating and publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
•
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
•
Document and track issues using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Teams.
•
Provide customer service support by taking calls, listening to customer needs, diagnosing software and app-related issues, and guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.

Requirements Include:
•
Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively and patiently with end users with a strong emphasis on phone-based support.
•
Proficiency in both Mac and PC systems, with adaptability in navigating different OS environments.
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about app functionality.
•
Excellent communication skills for creating and tracking help ticket cases as well as clear bug reporting and teamwork.
•
Understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
•
Ability to follow directions and work independently to meet deadlines.
•
Excellent organizational skills for tracking and following up on issue tickets.
