As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing
first-level support for PCs, RF Scanners, Printer Maintenance, and
mobile devices, ensuring seamless operations for our 500+ end users.
Your role will primarily aid in supporting EU business operations but
will also encompass other responsibilities.
How will you impact our organization as a Technical Support Specialist
on a daily basis?

- Deliver first-level support for hardware, software, and
phone-related issues via the Help Desk.
- Manage and update the ticketing system in real-time to ensure
efficient service request tracking.
- Provide desktop, printer, server and phone support, including
hardware repairs and upgrades.
- Coordinate with 3rd party service providers for resolving advanced
technical issues.
- Track and manage IT assets and support Microsoft 365 environments.
- Administer user provisioning and manage IT equipment and software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or help desk support.
- Proficiency in supporting PC operating systems, especially Windows
10/11.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with
non-technical users.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 is required.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SAP applications is a plus.
- Fluent in French and/or Italian, both verbal and written;
proficiency at conversational or intermediate levels is also
considered.
- Experience providing technical support to teams globally with the
ability to multitask effectively in a collaborative, multi-regional
environment.
Location:
- Schaumburg, IL or Remote
- Any North American-based candidates will be required to start shifts
early AM to support EU working hours.
