About the Job
As a Technical Systems Analyst, you will collaborate closely with business owners and IT teams to assess, research, and analyze business, technical, and system needs. Your expertise will help us provide effective solutions within our applications. You will manage and drive application enhancements while ensuring the stability of existing systems.
Key requirements:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and analyze their needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Become proficient in key vendor applications and understand their integration with our systems.
- Manage and resolve production issues affecting applications promptly.
- Build strong relationships with our vendors’ technical staff to facilitate communication and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communicating application updates to business users and service desks.
- Represent the IT department in enhancement projects for the applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop evaluation criteria and participate in the assessment of third-party vendors and software, including conducting due diligence exercises.
- 8 years as a Technical Systems Analyst or Application Specialist
