Position Summary

Performs general and routine cleaning to ensure an orderly and clean environment. Manages work processes, quality service, and cost in a manner consistent with customer satisfaction. Able to Performs additional duties as requested. Interacts with patients and families based on knowledge of periods of growth and development.

Minimum Requirements

• Education Required: None Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience Required: 0-1 Preferred: 1-3

Required Licenses/Registrations/Certifications

• Able to read and write
• Able to speak English
• Basic mathematical skill

Core Job Responsibilities

• Ensures rooms are always dust free by daily dusting of windowsills, blinds, beds, TVs, and vents
• Ensures floors are clean by daily mopping and damp mopping.
• Empties trash daily to ensure no patient complaints.
• Clean all walls, mirrors, etc. per policy to prevent dirt spots
• As assigned cleans classroom, boardroom, offices, utility rooms, and exam rooms.
• May perform floor maintenance including but not limited to dusting, mopping, stripping and or waxing floors.
