Alternate Job Title: Technician I, Service Operations
Responsibilities:
As the Technician I, Service Operations, you will be a key contributor to the success of the Global Robotics Service and Support, Service Operations team. You will:
- Organize and maintain lab cleanliness and product movements.
- Assist in technical troubleshooting, escalation management, failure analysis, and system performance inspections for the Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) global service operations and regional service teams.
- Perform various duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment, components, devices, and systems.
- Follow schematics, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions.
- Operate equipment, conduct tests, and report data in specified formats.
- Perform calibration, alignment checks, adjustments, modifications, and part replacements as directed.
- Manage inventory movements and new/returned product management.
