The Work:
Learn first-hand how we help the federal government develop and implement their tech strategy, as well as how we manage our business to help maximize business outcomes for both our clients and Accenture
Work with a diverse group of people across many different technologies
Learn configuration within packaged software (Salesforce, Pega, etc)
Connect with your teammates to design and develop new technology product features
Bridge the gap between technology and business by using your analytical expertise
Develop front end solutions to design, develop, test and implement software
Identifying and implementing process improvements to help deliver value
Manage deadlines diligently, working with your team to achieve project milestones
Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
Ensure Salesforce runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
Here's what you need:
Bachelor's degree with work experience
Bonus Points if you are one or more:
Work experience (or student athlete) AND student leadership responsibilities (at least a 3.2 GPA upon graduation)
Experience with Salesforce, Appian, Oracle MS Dynamics, SAP, or ServiceNow
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Project, Word)
Experience with software configuration (Microsoft PowerApps, SharePoint, etc.) or eCommerce platform configuration (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
Exposure to Agile methods and tools, such as Jira
Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles
Are resourceful and intellectually curious
Able to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
Leadership experience
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
