As a Technology L&D Specialist you play a pivotal role in advancing the learning and development needs of our people. This highly engaging role focuses on collaborating with various business stakeholders, leaders, and technical team members to identify desired development needs and implement creative methods to enable people in their learning journey. Key Activities
Provide thought-leadership and industry knowledge of learning trends in relevant technology skills and guide the enterprise in maturing the evolving skills needs its people using variety of methods and tools.
Consult with business stakeholders, technical teams, and human resources to identify skill gaps and analyze training needs and training approaches relevant to the audience and environment.
Design and update technical curriculum, instructional materials, and technical content that advances growth pathways for the technical and professional skills of self-empowered individuals and teams.
Deliver content using existing or emerging tools and learning platforms to facilitate content consumption and learning.
Partner with relevant stakeholder to administer learning assessments and measure progress on development programs, methods, and outcomes.
Promote a culture of continuous learning by setting goals, milestones, and maintaining accountability.
Participate in System IT development and learning groups to influence System direction, initiatives, and programs and champion local IT (FRBKC) perspectives.
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, education, communication, business, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience.
4+ years in delivering learning solutions to adult learners in a corporate environment.
4+ years in applying knowledge assessment methods to determine gaps.
2+ years of experience in a Technology Delivery Environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Role related professional certifications.
Versed in adult learning theories, active learning principles, and ability to keep abreast of new techniques in workplace learning.
Excellent research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to identify credible and relevant content for learners.
Understanding of software delivery methodology, emerging cloud technologies, DevOps principles.
Versed in the use the use of technologies to develop learning programs, example Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative.
Growth mindset with proven ability to quickly learn and practically apply new concepts, principles, technical and business knowledge.
Passion for employee learning and development trends and knowledge of learning trends and skills in technology.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the big-picture view
Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders from all parts of the Bank to foster inclusion, collaboration and deliver outcomes.
Proven ability to initiate the sharing of knowledge and experiences to facilitate continuous learning.
Strong creative, organizational, and problem-solving skills to uncover and evolve ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and consultation skills such as active listening and empathy
Ability to build trust, create psychological safety, and consensus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven experience curating and delivering technical content to technical and non-technical participants at all levels of the organization.

$72,200 - 108,200 / Senior Level
Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
