The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 45-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire IT Support Tech Assistant in our Hillsborough office.

The Technology Support Technician Assistant will provide knowledge and support to ensure that hardware, network, and software systems are implemented and supported effectively throughout the company in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a high level of customer service skills for both our internal and external customer and user.

Key responsibilities include:

IT help desk with Business Intelligence/Analytics experience. Experience in HCHB Analytics is a plus.

Help Desk experience with mobile devices, servers, windows servers, networking, software application troubleshooting, working with MSPs and on the

Business Intelligence experience working with Analytics, Excel required.

Providing end-user support to remedy any computer, audio/visual, basic network, printing, and other technology related issues.

This support can be via our Help Desk ticketing system, phone, email, and other channels and includes training the staff on the use of hardware and software systems in a classroom or one on one setting.

Will be responsible for assisting and informing management in the purchasing process, configuring, and installing new devices, and assisting with inventory management and work collaboratively with stakeholders to schedule and manage daily workload and special projects.
