This role is essential to managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collections of outstanding invoices. Key Responsibilities:
Process full cycle AP and AR invoices up to 100 per week
Bank reconciliations
Bank Deposits
Cash Posting and light collection efforts via phone and email
Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work 100% in office
