A growing nonprofit in Anne Arundel County, Maryland seeks a qualified Financial Reporting Specialist on a Contract basis.
Essential Functions
·Processing of Annual Budgets and Budget Modifications: Receive, review, and accurately input all participant annual budgets and budget modifications.
oEnsure services in auto extended budgets correlate with annual DDA approved Person-Centered Plan
oInvestigate system issues that prevent an annual budget or budget modification from being processed.
oRespond to and resolve all tickets related tickets to processing within two business day requirement.
oResearch and resolve various budget errors to ensure timely timesheet and invoice processing.
oSupport the collaboration between the Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Payroll departments by ensuring adequate funding in the budget.
oAssist Accounts Payable and Payroll with identifying supporting documents as needed.
Skills
·High School Diploma or GED required; BS in business or accounting preferred
