IMMEDIATE NEED
Seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary HR Specialist for a short-term assignment (2-3 months).
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update employee data related to onboarding, new hire paperwork, and personnel changes in the HCM system.
- Manage and process leave of absence and FMLA requests, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of personnel databases, ensuring all data is accurate and properly stored.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and handling employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on HR administration or data management.
- Experience with HCM systems (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday) is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and document management.
- Familiarity with FMLA and leave of absence processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
