About the Job
Our client, a leading financial services company based in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for a short-term assignment. They are looking for a dedicated individual who can adapt to changing responsibilities while serving as the welcoming face of the company for all guests.
About You:
- 2+ years of professional experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
About the Job:
- Handle and direct inbound calls professionally, ensuring that inquiries are appropriately route
- Monitor and guard the office entrance and ensure proper access for employees and visitors.
- Facilitate the smooth operation of the office's desk-sharing reservation system.
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail and FedEx packages on a daily basis.
- Ensure the kitchen and coffee station are well-organized and functional.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the office is stocked and prepared for daily operations.
- Assist the Executive Assistant to the CEO in coordinating team outings, activities, and lunches.
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized professional ready to make an immediate impact. This is a temporary, on-site position in their Conshohocken, PA office, lasting at least three months.
