The College of Arts and Sciences is looking for student interns to help expand their reach on social media! This job is an excellent opportunity for anyone in the Marketing, Photography, PR, or other creative fields to develop their resume, portfolio, and experience. An ideal applicant will be outgoing, self-sufficient and creative. The intern will be responsible for adhering to instructions, seeking clarification when needed, and working together on innovative concepts. This position will require photography, video and Photoshop or Canva content creation.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
+ The Social Media Intern at the College of Arts and Sciences is responsible for assisting the A&S Communication team in crafting, developing and implementing marketing concepts for college campaigns.
+ Caption writing in 140 characters or less.
+ Collaborate with others to develop and complete social media campaigns.
+ Help develop content calendars monthly for the college.
+ Create photography and video content for social media platforms weekly.
What You Should Know
+ This is a temporary, part-time position anticipated to last through the 2024 - 2025 academic school year. We anticipate this role will have a summer break following the end of the year.
+ Flexible scheduling options are available while working a minimum of 10 hours per week.
+ This position is in a hybrid work, working primarily remotely but will require on-campus work for content creation.
What We Can Offer
The hourly rate for this part-time position is $18.

+ An upper-level student (completed two years of coursework towards their Bachelor's Degree) studying marketing, business, communications, or in a similar field.

+ Interest in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
