I’m the direct recruiter for a Terminal “People & Process” Admin Coordinator seeking your background with a specialized, transload/logistics & operational services company near you.
$19 to $20 hour or MORE, Overtime Eligible

As Terminal “People & Process” Admin Coordinator with Tidewater Logistics ( ) you’ll deliver HR support duties, documentation management, administrative assistance to Terminal Manager, Team/Shift Leads, keeping operations running seamlessly to achieve “Best in Class” results. Steubenville terminal operates 24/7, so non-traditional hours for short durations or answering phone calls while not on-site is the norm.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Recruitment process assist: job posting, scheduling/coordinating/initial screenings/interviews
New employee onboarding support/completion of required documents
Assist in creating/managing employee schedules
Maintain employee records/documents including paid time off records/assist in managing time-off requests
Schedule/document/maintain: medical records, health/safety/hazmat trainings
Maintain/update EPA/OSHA/other documentation
Record/document equipment maintenance repairs/activity records
Capital equipment data management including procurement/maintenance records
Keep standard operating procedures up to date
Administrative liaise between terminal & corporate
Receipts/Bill of Lading copies, general paperwork, other admin tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma (Associate/Bachelor degree a plus) & experience in HR support/documentation management administrative roles ideally within Logistics, Warehouse, or Terminal Operations to include:
Valid driver’s license/good driving record
MS Office
Available for Full-Time employment, including possible weekends
