Territory Business Manager at Marcum Search

CBIZ is supporting our client in the medical industry in their search for a Territory Business Manager in the Boston area for a new oncology treatment. This remote role may require overnight travel and offers a competitive salary, auto allowance, and bonus opportunities as part of a comprehensive full-time employment package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the product and manage all accounts within the territory.
• Train healthcare providers on dosing, administration, and treatment expectations.
• Educate providers on reimbursement and contracting information.
• Achieve or exceed revenue targets for the territory.
• Customize brand messages to meet the needs of customers and patients.
• Develop expertise in disease and product knowledge to identify suitable patient populations.
• Plan and host events for top providers and clinics.
• Create and execute account strategies to increase product adoption.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices, with a focus on Urology and/or Oncology.
• Valid driver’s license.

Target base salary range: $180,000 to $190,000/year.
