As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new business development within commercial, industrial construction sites developing relationships with project managers, superintendents and sub-contractors of existing customers and new prospects. You will be in the field selling, furthering the sales process, manage sales pipeline/funnel, attend meetings with current and prospective customers, presentations and securing new contracts. Three-four days in the field with 1-2 days planning the next week, collecting timecards, following up by way of email, phone or video, and client interaction.
The Territory Sales Manager will concentrate on expanding business in the Charlotte, NC area aiming to foster growth throughout the state of North Carolina with the goal of advancing to the role of Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
- New business development to identify prospective customers within all verticals in their assigned market
- Uncovering positions to include, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC, concrete, drywall, flaggers, glazers and sheet metal.
- Walk new contractors onto construction sites
- Maintain and grow relationships to identify upcoming projects
- Provide local and travel services for skilled trades
- Be able to take a market from nothing to something substantial
Qualifications:
- Aggressive sales hunter

- 3 years industry experience
- 4 year college degree preferred
