We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead to oversee our QA/QC testing efforts for a large back-office program within an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a team of QA/QC professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 QA/QC/tester personnel in all aspects of quality assurance and testing.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and standards in line with client policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support QA initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and manage audit processes for PCI, SOC1, and SOC2.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and understanding of QA processes.
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on agile methodologies.
- Utilize business analysis tools, particularly ADO, to enhance testing processes.
- Organize and plan QA activities, ensuring detail-oriented execution and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required, graduate level degree highly desired.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role at a lead level.
- Proven leadership skill related to leading a team of ~15-20 QA/QC/tester personnel to conduct all aspects of QA/QC/testing for a large back-office program in an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire quality assurance methodologies and client polices, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and experience with PCI, SOC1, and SOC2 audits.
- Ability to lead, manage, and work effectively as a leader of the QC/QA/Testing team.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, ADO in particular.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is desired.
- Additional beneficial skills include:
- Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.
- ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Tricentis test automation tools with SAP and/or MS Dynamics environments.
- Experience with automating testing functions for SAP application, Native Language IVR using tools like Cyara, and Chatbot testing with experience in performing end to end automation testing.
- Experience of End-to-End Testing, Performing Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Interface Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Migration, ETL, Backend Testing and API Testing. Experience in Internal Application (CSR application), Web Application, ERP, Banking, Retail, Finance and Tolling domain, API, SQL Server, Oracle, TOAD Testing.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics testing preferred.
- Experience with contact center technologies preferred.
- Experience with external APIs preferred.
- Experience in working with diverse industries such as TOLL, Finance, and Banking.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
- Ability to work effectively independently and with a team and can work as initiative-taker and highly organized.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
