Key Responsibilities
+ Configure and customize discovery jobs to scan for sensitive data including personally identifiable information (PII) material non-public informatica (MNPI) financial data and other confidential information.
+ Expertise in Delphix or related database masking and database virtualization tool
+ Utilize Delphix Data Masking technology to mask sensitive data in Oracle EBS environments.
+ Develop the required pre-post scripts to be used with Delphix hook operations.
+ Configure and customize data masking algorithms based on business requirements.
+ Integrate Delphix jobs with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and other scheduling tools available in the firm.
+ Work closely with application and database teams to integrate Delphix with Oracle EBS.
+ Configure jobs with Delphix Continuous Data for creating/managing VDBs and data streams based on solution requirements
+ Continuously monitor masked environments to ensure data security and integrity.
+ Collaborate with DBA application developers and data governance teams to understand business and technical requirements.
+ Provide expert guidance on best practices for data masking within Oracle EBS environments.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Delphix and Oracle EBS integration.
+ Monitor and optimize the performance of data masking processes ensuring minimal impact on system performance.
+ Maintain detailed documentation of data masking processes configurations and procedures.
Required Skills
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
+ Relevant certifications in data security or Delphix are a plus.
+ 5+ years of experience in data masking or data security solutions.
+ Proven expertise in Delphix Data Masking platform or related platforms.
+ Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
+ Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and experience with Oracle EBS modules.
+ Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for scripting DDL manipulation and DB tools such as sqlplus sqloader backup and restore utilities.
+ Experience with constraints triggers sequences indexes referential integrity parent-child relationships processing large datatypes such as BLOB CLOB etc.
+ Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
+ Conversant with scripting in any language such as Shell Python Java etc.
+ Familiarity with other database systems is a plus.- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and/or DBA related certifications
+ Experience with other data masking tools or database security platforms such as IBM Optim Informatica Tonic CA TDM etc.
+ Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS Azure Oracle Cloud) and cloud-based data security practices.

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $103330 - $128656 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
