We're seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our quality engineering team. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to ensure product quality, drive continuous improvement, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Testing
- Develop and implement comprehensive test methodologies, acceptance criteria, and sampling protocols in collaboration with R&D and Production Engineering teams
- Conduct statistical analysis to validate processes and ensure product quality
- Execute pre-production quality activities and maintain related documentation
- Coordinate and perform testing for new procedures and production processes
- Generate detailed test reports and technical documentation
- Participate in CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) teams
- Apply quality tools and methodologies to resolve complex issues
- Investigate and analyze product quality concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical complaint resolution
- Implement and monitor corrective actions
- Research and stay current with industry regulations, testing standards, and production methods
- Analyze validation data using advanced statistical software and spreadsheet applications
- Provide technical guidance on quality tools and methodologies
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in test engineering or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and quality control methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CAPA processes and quality management systems
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Experience with FDA, ISO, or other regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of validation protocols and documentation
- Background in manufacturing or production environments
