About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience building developer tools that improve developer velocity, code quality and code health (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in infrastructure with broad knowledge across compute, storage and networking.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
- Expertise on the networking and lower level of software stacks (Kernel).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Create and align testing roadmaps and strategies with stakeholders.
- Ensure infrastructure components meet security and compliance requirements.
- Partner with engineering teams to shift testing left and maintain a healthy tip-of-tree.
- Collaborate with Engineering Productivity and lab teams to provide the testing framework, tooling, and infrastructure needed for engineering excellence.
- Create a feedback loop to identify and propose improvements in infrastructure, tooling, process, and the resource allocation.
