Top Skills & Experience Required:

• SAP Financials (TRM preferred)
• Web-Based Testing – with a focus on Customer Interaction
• Test Planning, Execution, Defect Tracking, and Requirement Analysis
• Test Tools: SolMan Test Suite, HP ALM, TFS, RQM, or any QA tracking tools
• Automation Testing: Experience preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to support all test activities, ensuring robust communication with business test representatives and managing key test issues through the Test Team Manager. This position involves producing reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure quality across all testing assignments and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and collaborate with BA and development teams during all project phases.
• Assist in creating scenarios to validate acceptance criteria for customer requirements.
• Conduct system testing (functional and integration) to support new and updated systems.
• Perform QA checks to ensure only ‘fit-for-purpose’ code is delivered to test environments.
• Participate in workshops and meetings covering test-dependent activities like requirement verification.
• Create, execute, and prioritize test scripts based on business and technical priorities.
• Track test execution, re-testing defects, and ensure accurate recording of results.
• Prepare and maintain all relevant test documentation, including scripts, schedules, reports, and charts.
• Serve as a liaison for each line of business regarding test planning, activity, and results.
• Manage time, report and monitor test progress, handle risks/issues, and ensure quality assurance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting other test team members and IT/business resources in testing activities.
• Coordinating with third parties as needed and performing tasks as directed by the Test Team Lead.
