Job Title: Experienced Psychotherapist (PRN Remote)
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence based techniques tailored to each patient.
Develop and maintain deep therapeutic relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Collaborate with the treatment team for comprehensive patient care.
Document patient progress and treatment goals in accordance with clinic policies.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations.
Maintain professionalism, clinical expertise, and stay updated with best practices.
Requirements:
Opt out provider with Medicare and Medicaid.
Master"s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
Current Massachusetts state licensure or certification as a mental health professional.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in psychotherapy, including complex mental health conditions.
Experience in long term therapy focusing on therapeutic alliance and lasting change.
Preferred:
Experience supporting clients who have completed ketamine assisted psychotherapy or other psychedelic treatments.
Familiarity with the latest research in long term psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
