The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive therapy services to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and well-being. Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and well-being. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Complete reports or assessments/evaluations and progress notes utilizing facility's approved documentation forms. Perform care consistent with the scope of licensure and in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures. Work effectively with fellow medical staff and treatment team members. Comply with all state requirements and facility policies and procedures. Additional duties as assigned by facility.
