Job Description Summary
The Third-Party Risk Analyst (Contractor) is a member of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Center of Excellence team within the Global Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key relationships across a set of suppliers and other third parties according to the TPRM program framework in order to ensure compliance to Client standards.
In this role you will:
• Perform a short term assignment to identify key 4th party relationships across a set of suppliers.
• Collaborate with business requestors, Sourcing, and Business Owners to ensure a thorough understanding of the relationships and the services 4th parties provide including being comfortable proactively reaching out to contacts and holding conversations.
• Evaluate responses received, maintain consistent documentation, and work through ambiguity.
• Ensure the responses received are clear, able to be easily uploaded into an existing GRC tool, and standardization in the data collected.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Have a good understanding and a working knowledge of navigating, updating and performing data entry into a GRC tool.
• Have an ability to adapt to change quickly, work comfortably with ambiguity, and manage multiple tasks successfully.
• Experience with clear, transparent, and timely communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Have a strong working knowledge of current workplace productivity and collaboration tools, especially Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Excel, and Teams).
