Job Title: Tier 1.5/2 Service Desk Analyst
Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an IT Service Desk Analyst! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, providing exceptional customer service and resolving a variety of IT issues. You’ll support a wide range of hardware, software, applications, and networks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user desktop application issues.
- Provide timely resolution or escalation of problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective relationships with users and provide incident status updates.
- Support PCs, laptops, printers, cell phones, and tablets.
- Assist users with applications such as Microsoft Office, ERP, CRM, VPN, Citrix, and MDM.
- Perform account management and maintenance, including user account creation, modification, and password resets.
- Communicate effectively with users of all technical skill levels.
Top Skills:
- Over 3 years of Service Desk experience in a corporate environment, supporting various hardware, software, applications, networks, Active Directory (password resets), mobile devices (iPhones/iPads), peripheral devices, and two-factor authentication.
- Experience supporting an Enterprise Company Size Environment in End User Support
- Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 and MS Office Suites.
- Experience providing support via phone, chat, and remote tools.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
