For more information on MIC, please visit: www.micgrp.com .Distribute tools, equipment, and other items to workers while maintaining accurate records of items issued and returned. Receive, unpack, and organize incoming tools and equipment, actively locating lost or misplaced items. Collaborate with supervisors to conduct periodic inventory or maintain a perpetual inventory of tools, materials, and equipment. Inspect and measure tools and equipment for defects and wear, promptly reporting any damage or wear to supervisors. Mark and identify tools and equipment for easy tracking and retrieval. Actively support and participate in MIC Group's PPS team efforts. Demonstrate a commitment to exceeding customer expectations, maintaining a customer-focused approach, and supporting continuous improvement activities as outlined in the Quality policy. Adhere to safety policies, consistently practicing behavioral-based safety 100% of the time. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 to 3 years of toolcrib experience or 4 to 6 years working with tooling in a machine shop environment.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle daily inquiries from various team members.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and powered tools (Air, Electric, Rechargeable).
Physical Requirements/Hazards:
- Job requires standing, stooping or bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, and turning.
- Lifting involves tools and supplies weighing anywhere from several pounds to 35 pounds.
