Client Overview:
Our client is a very large Research & Development Organization that is eager to bring on a Total Rewards Consultant. They have a very collaborative working environment and are looking for someone to be a true team player.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr
Position Overview:
The ideal Total Rewards Consultant candidate will have a lot of experience with Benchmarking and have a very analytical mindset. The Total Rewards Consultant should be strong with spreadsheets and have 3 to 5 years Compensation Analyst experience. Having Benefits Analyst experience is a huge plus!
Responsibilities for the Total Rewards Consultant:
- Conduct compensation analyses to ensure our organization’s pay practices are competitive and equitable
- Benchmark jobs against market data to identify and resolve pay disparities
- Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for pay adjustments and other compensation-related decisions
- Manage and maintain compensation databases, spreadsheets, and software systems
- Support the development and implementation of compensation plans and policies
- Assist in the design of compensation surveys and the collection of market data
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to align compensation strategies with organizational objectives
Qualifications for the Total Rewards Consultant:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, benchmarking, or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, and Workday & ADP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to compensation
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required
