The Sr. Director of Total Rewards and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and HR technology programs within an organization. This position develops and executes a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization's goals, partnering with business and human resources leaders. The Sr. Director ensures competitiveness by analyzing market trends, while leading the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS platforms to enhance HR processes. Through collaboration with finance, legal, IT, and other stakeholders, this role ensures compliance, data accuracy, and seamless HR technology integration.

What you'll do
Total Rewards Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization's goals in partnership with business and human resources leaders.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark total rewards programs to ensure competitiveness.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to manage budget and compliance
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
- Evaluate and adjust salary structures, job levels, and pay bands.
- Manage benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, wellness, etc.) to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., FLSA, ERISA).
HRIS Management:
- Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS platforms.
- Optimize HR processes through automation and data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to enhance system functionality
Employee Experience:
- Enhance the employee experience by streamlining HR processes and improving self-service capabilities.
- Provide training and support to HR and management teams.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Design and deliver HR analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Change Management:
- Lead change initiatives related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
- Communicate changes to employees and ensure smooth transitions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What we need
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15 Years of experience in total rewards, compensation and HRIS.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR technology.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
